I started with a hygienist appointment at 11.30am which was thorough & comfortable even allowing for 4 small injections in my lower jaw. Great advice given & progress fed back to me. At one stage had 3 people peering into my mouth which was funny. Main hygienist very good at continually communicating with patient during the procedures & recommending & explaining way forward at the end. The dental appointment at 12 noon was on time, both ladies worked well together, reported on progress & made sensible recommendations as to how to procced. Both experiences positive & pain-free. We've come a long way on patient care since the 1950s/60s!

Vanessa is by far the best dentist I have ever had. She is also very gentle and takes time to talk through everything she is doing. She listens and takes seriously any concerns. I would thoroughly recommend her.

Hygienist Visit
Was booked in for 6 monthly check-up and hygienist visit. Unfortunately the dentist had to cancel at the last minute so only saw the hygienist .Apart from that the whole experience was first class with efficient and friendly staff all round.

Didn’t get seen
I was meant to be seen at ten to ten, however was running a few minutes late, I rang ahead of time to let reception know this. It got to 11 and I still hadn’t been seen. The ladies behind the desk were lovely and rescheduled my appointment for me as I had to get back for work, but waiting over an hour is ridiculous. I am concerned this will now be noted on my record as me not attending , however I wasn’t at fault.

The dentist and assistant were great, absolutely no problem.
My problem is more with the dentists not doing the job they used to do when you were there, you have to rebook now and see a hygienist at a considerable cost on another visit.

Six month check up
Both the dentist & nurse were extremely sociable. Very good for me as I do have a fear of dentistry. The examination was incredibly thorough, the best I’ve ever had. Both my husband & myself agreed this was by far our best dental experience ever. The dentist even took the trouble to explain in detail some of the problems & different possible solutions. The receptionist was equally welcoming & efficient. A very positive experience.
