The best dentist I’ve been to

Vanessa is hand on heart the best dentist I’ve been to! She really listens to any concerns and talks through options to help without being a ‘sales person’. I mentioned a long time ago when I was new to Vanessa that I had extremely sensitive teeth and the metal tools sometimes hurt me. She then used plastic tools instead and ever since without reminding her she is very gentle. I feel really comfortable in her care. Thank you so much!

Hi I felt that the dentist was some what a young person, and has not had that much experience, with how to put yourself across to people.
I am coming back Monday, so we can have a conversation, he was possibly right in one way, but how has it got to this point?
