The care shown to me, Vanessa is lovely and after being terrified of dentists for many years Ash and Vanessa have got me to a point where yesterday I was only a tad nervous once I got there. I am very happy with this dental practice.

I managed to get an emergency appointment same day as I phoned so that was appreciated as I was in quite a bit of discomfort. My dentist listened to my symptoms, thoroughly checked the area by hand and also took an x-ray of the problem area. Once the x-ray was loaded to the screen the dentist called me over to talk through what she had found and how we would treat it going forward. Prescription was handed to me straight away and I was sent off with the instructions I needed to follow to get better. I have been with Chilwell Dental Practice for many years now and their service has always good in my opinion so my most recent visit was nothing out of the ordinary, I was just grateful I was able to get an emergency appointment so fast on this occasion.

Relaxed atmosphere

Chilwell Dental Practice

My teeth and gums have been really sore from a clean 5 days ago with the hygienist. Struggling to eat. And I have the other half of my mouth to do yet.
