I was dealt with by the ladies on the front desk and seen by my dentist within a few minutes of arriving.
Everyone knew who I was and was courteous and pleasant. My examination was thorough, careful and reassuring. I was questioned and invited to say if there was anything I wasn't happy with.

I have little mobility and not all businesses are understanding of my difficulties but everyone at Chilwell DP was really kind and helpful... Special thanks to Vanessa.

Warm, welcoming reception. Appointment was on time. Rocky is easy to talk to and did a thorough check of my teeth. He is kind and considerate and explains all procedures.

I haven't been to a dentist in around 6 or 7 years due to suffering with fear and anxiety, putting it off until I no longer had a dentist.
However I know I needed to visit and re register at one as my teeth were in need of some tlc and professional care. I googled local dentists, read reviews as I needed somewhere that I could feel as comfortable and safe as possible where they were very patient. This dentist has excellent reviews and I decided to call in and get a feel of how it was and what the staff was like. Honestly I have to say the lady at reception is an absolute angel, she was so welcoming, supportive and kind. I was literally shaking and that was juste going in to see how it was. She really put me at ease, and there and then I registered and booked a consultation.
I had my consultation a week ago now and I'm lost for words on how fantastic every member of staff was that I saw. Same receptionist again, I'm sorry I didn't get your name but you are wonderful, the dentist Rocky was so kind, patient, explained everything really well, dental nurse Lucy again so caring, kind and patient. I then saw another lady who did some camera scans she was very soothing, detailed everything so clearly for me, set me up on the dental plan. They then fitted me in with the hygienist who told me exactly what she was doing, what she recommended, being very caring, patient and doing a bloody amazing job with my teeth. They've never been so clean and she was very gentle, checking in on me throughout, I actually enjoyed having them cleaned and sand blasted. I highly recommend this dentist especially if you are like me extremely nervous and anxious. Every single person made my visit a totally different and a much better experience to what I have ever had. I can't tell you how grateful I am to them. What brilliant, caring, supportive and professional people they are. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
