Attentive, make you feel at ease
Everyone goes out of their way, and that extra mile to make you feel at ease, no matter how many times you visit for treatment or check ups. All the staff are attentive and make you feel relaxed before and after your treatment and visit. Always greeting you with a smile and hello each time you are there.

Chilwell Dental Practice
The overall visit was 10/10 but had I not rang up to double-check my appointment, I would not have had an appointment. I had cancelled my appointment previously and had to rebook. Rang up to double-check the time and date and nothing had been booked it. Poor customer service.
