The professionalism of the dentist Vanessa and her assistant. Explained fully each stage of the treatment including the X-rays that were taken. Made you feel at ease throughout. Thanks.

Chilwell Dental Practice

Politeness of the reception ladies. Didn’t have to wait long to be called through for my appointment. The reception area is nice and light and very clean, with adequate seating area. On a good bus route, and parking available on the street. NHS and private practice, although don’t think they are taking on anymore NHS patients at present.

Patience and consideration

Patience and consideration that is given by all the staff before and after treatment. From the receptionist, medical staff and the dentists. Including any follow up problems that may occur after the visit. They make your visits for treatment appointments as stress free as possible at all times.

Chilwell Dental Practice

From arrival to departure all of the people involved are polite with useful advice from the dentist and hygienist and their support staff. Even though I have a 150 mile return journey it’s well worth it twice a year for my oral health.

Friendly and knowledgeable receptionists.
Great dentists who are experienced, friendly, understanding and treat with care.
Excellent services offered, especially with treatment coordinator who was also very knowledgeable and friendly.
