My experience
Once I explained my problem the receptionist was able to recognise I needed had emergency infection therefore appointment booked for me. The dentist examined me. Was polite, reassuring. Explaining initial treatment of antibiotics, followed by follow up, with a plan of next options may be required. Overall very efficient.
The only problem I felt was perhaps lacking however; is the room I was examined in looked 'grubby' and in need of some 'refurbishment'.
A clinical room, to me should always look clean with all instruments and equipment maintained/clean.
But I do appreciate, all businesses are facing challenging times.

Pleased to hear that you were happy with the service you received. We always aim to look after our patients in an emergency and get them an appointment within 24hrs. As for the surgery, we are currently looking at some refurbishments and aim to do this within the next 6 months.

Hygienist
The hygienist checked health and various intakes of medicine. Explained everything she was to do, and best of all explained if wanted to stop raise your hand and stopped in between each movement to help clear water in mouth.

I really can’t fault their service
The service from Chilwell Dental is excellent. The appointment reminders are very helpful. The reception staff are always polite, respectful and willing to help. The technical staff are very thorough, calm and efficient, explaining what they are doing and easing what can be a challenging experience. I really can’t fault their service.
