I used to be a patient before it went fully private 2 years ago.
I'm so pleased they are now offering an NHS dentist there again.
On arrival the reception staff were welcoming and friendly engaging in conversation.
The dentist I saw today was so lovely, his assistant was kind and both were friendly and helped with my phobia of dentists.
My health, wellbeing, teeth and mouth tissue was discussed and the treatment plan explained in detail.
The appointment was not rushed and I am so pleased to be able to have Chilwell DP as my dentist again.
A lovely welcoming practice with lovely staff.

Managed to get my mum in really quickly. Vanessa was very professional and thorough, as well as friendly and caring. The same can be said for the staff on reception and the dental nurse.
Never had a bad experience and would highly recommend.

Hygienist appointment
The hygienist, Ms Adewole, is so patient and kind. I find this procedure quite uncomfortable, but Ms Adewole tries to make as pleasant as possible.

Sorry not impressed with the 'check in' system. After completing the online digital update at home prior to my appointment, I didn't then expect further digital 'check in' process!
I found this very 'impersonal' especially as there were 2 people serving at reception!!
After a very frustrating 'check in' process, I felt receptionists were very helpful...so lets Please...leave 'check in' process 'human'
