Amazing, so supportive
The ladies who supported me with the hygiene visit were amazing! So supportive as I was so anxious and nervous about my teeth being so sensitive and the treatment hurting, they were lovely and explained everything, so easy to talk to, thanks so much.

Filling and scan for sleep device to be made
All staff at Chilwell DP are friendly and welcoming. I have been both a paying and NHS patient over the last 20 years and always had a positive experience. A new set of staff came onboard in recent years yet the kindness and patience continued. As a nervous patient it is always a worry that new staff won’t be as understanding, but they have gone above and beyond for me. I had a problematic tooth for many years which affected my confidence due to the aesthetic, especially in photos. I was graduating so really didn’t want to be conscious of my teeth in the pictures, Rocky spent time discussing options before completing composite bonding. He is an absolute perfectionist and would not settle until he was happy with the results.
Huge shoutout to the whole team.
