I really like how I was told about the treatment whilst I was in the seat. Just enough info to help me understand what was happening - to put me at my ease.

My experience

I was pleased with my treatment but made to feel really uncomfortable about being 6 minutes late.
I understand that your time is precious but I had just walked in the rain because my bus didn’t turn up.
I would normally expect to wait to be seen.
I am grateful for a dentist.

Invisalign and Composite

After having numerous dental treatment over the years, I still wasn’t happy at all with the appearance of my teeth. Attending a consultation with Rocky of what can be done he was open, honest and realistic right from the beginning because of my teeth.
I decided to go for the Invisalign and Composite. Rocky really takes the time to answers questions, to fix problems but most of all delivering an excellent service. Everything was tailored just for me. This is the smile I have always wanted since 20 years ago. Anyone having doubts about what to do with their teeth...visit Chilwell Dental Practice for a consultation because the service you get is second to none. I highly recommend them.
I just can’t thank you all enough especially Rocky.

Lovely friendly place

The practice is a lovely friendly place. It has lovely reception staff and the place is spotlessly clean. I can't get up stairs so need to be seen downstairs. They are very helpful. My dentist and her assistant are great.

Dentist was fantastic

Dentist was fantastic, sadly the booking was wrong as it should have been with the hygienist, dentist decided to not charge and gave a quick clean.
