Taffy was brilliant, especially as I was very nervous.

Mrs Holmes was very friendly and welcoming, however I left feeling a little confused. This was my first visit for a check up in a couple of years, the first visit I explained, my tooth was sore so an X-ray was taken and I was prescribed fluoride toothpaste / mouthwash (I was there no longer than 5 mins). I was told to book for another 3 wks. When I returned 3 wks later, I had a quick clean (approx 3 mins and no polish), and was sent on my way for another 6 months. I was left wondering, so how are my teeth / gums? There was no exam or calling out numbers to the dental nurse, as had happened in previous years. Previously I’ve been told I had possible early onset of gum disease but no mention of this / exam. Does that mean my teeth / gums are ok now? I appreciate these are questions I should have asked at the time, however I’m always a little anxious about dentist visits and so couldn’t wait to leave. I’m now wondering if I should try and scrape together the money to go private if this is how nhs treatment is now!? What’s happened to a standard exam / consultation!? All seemed very rushed and wasn’t informed about the condition of my teeth / gums!

The treatment and friendliness of Ash and Sharmila was brilliant. Ash did check up (National Health) and Sharmila Did the hygiene work ( Private)
As a nervous patient they are both so good with looking after me.

My mum has had a broken tooth for quite a while. Too scared to get it seen to by the dentist. The dentist has changed hands and mum was forced to go because of other medical needs. Two teeth extracted but I won't go as far as saying mum can't wait to go back but mum is so pleased with her experience from the dentist and is so thankful. Thank you reception, dentist and dental nurse

Your dentist Taffy (apologies for spelling) was extremely pleasant and gave my teeth a clean as I had had to miss 2 appointments with the hygienist.

My dentist was very talkative which was nice and all round a lovely person!

Firstly the dental nurse was great, very friendly and puts you at ease immediately! The dentist is great, very down to earth and chatty - in and out in no time - a fantastic team !!
