Treatment for an implant
Excellent treatment received during treatment for an implant. Both the dentist and nurse are very understanding that I’m a nervous patient and can work round the fact that I’m unable to open my mouth fully.

I am on the waiting list as an NHS patient for this practise, but early Jan 26, I had a dental issue, so I was given an emergency appointment..I was told the problem tooth needed removing. Unfortunately, they had no appointments till the 19 Feb. Which is a long time when you have a dental issue, and are in pain. I was lucky as a cancellation came up on 28 Jan, and had the tooth out. Unfortunately for me the day before the appointment, my gum swelled and now I do have an infection..Dentist provided antibiotics, and this should sort..I will look forward to being a confirmed NHS patient, and hopefully continue here with dental care and treatment.

The dentist was amazing
My first visit to this dental practice was a very positive one. From entering the building, I felt very much welcomed.
Ladies on reception were absolutely lovely. Thank you.
The lady who took me to the dental room was also lovely. Thank you.
Maria, the dentist, was amazing. She told me everything she was going to do. On showing me my xray, she explained what was showing. Then gave the option of what to do about a cracked tooth. Amazing, thank you.
Maria told me to make an appointment to see the hygienist as part of maintenance for my teeth.
I was really surprised that I could see the hygienist that same afternoon (due to a cancellation).
The hygienist was great. She didn't hurt at all! When I've seen hygienists in the past they have hurt. So, thank you.
A very positive experience all round, from entering the building to leaving!
