Ash was as always very professional and very friendly and personable putting you at ease. As a nervous patient this is very important.

Competent and efficient

The dentist was delayed in traffic, but the reception staff checked if I wanted to wait or reschedule and kept me informed as to the potential delay. On arrival the dentist was very competent and efficient.
