Everyone was nice and polite

Everyone was nice and polite as always. Only disappointment was that we had to wait at least 15-20 mins to see dentist. Think they were running late.
Poor lady on reception was on her own so booking next appointment took time as she was seeing to other patients

Amazing and so friendly

The new dentist I saw for the first time was lovely, she made me feel so at ease had an abscess and she was just amazing and so friendly.

Care and attention

I had a visit to the hygienist where I received a good standard of care and attention.
Also the receptionist was made aware that I had missed two sessions with the hygienists during lockdown.
She immediately found me two appointment times to cover this and it seems that the patient experience is a priority!
