Good treatment and great advice
My first visit. I was made to feel very welcome. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Good treatment and great advice given, I even had a broken old filling replaced while I was there. Didn’t have to make another appointment.

About this dentist practice. I would like to highly commend my dentist, Ricky. He is exceptionally polite, caring, and professional, and he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience.
However, I wanted to bring to your attention a significant contrast in the service provided by the front desk. While some reception staff are consistently helpful, knowledgeable and greet you well making the patient feel welcome, I have found other reception staff to be quite dismissive and unhelpful. It is unfortunate, as this behavior reflects poorly on the high standard of care provided by the clinical team and their more professional colleagues.

A really good experience
I was absolutely terrified as I’ve never had treatment before. Ricky made me feel so much calmer and I came out of the room feeling so much better about dentists overall. I had a really good experience and I’m grateful for how calm he was when I was worried. Thank you!

Welcoming and thorough
I had an incredibly positive experience at Eastwood Dental Centre. The receptionist was friendly and helpful! Dr Hussain was very welcoming and thorough and really put me at ease after not visiting a dentist in a number of years.

It was pain free
I had a filling, the first for over 25 years! It was pain free and I felt comfortable the whole time. I was there over an hour but was perfectly happy to let the dentist work his magic.
