Eastwood Dental Centre - Your recent appointment
The new check in process is disjointed and the reception staff weren't accommodating and quite brusque when asked questions.
Despite having a paid plan for a couple of years, computer records were still incorrect prompting questions as to whether my appointment was included or subject to an additional fee.
Annette, my hygienist, was brilliant as usual otherwise I might well seek dental care elsewhere.

Regular check-up today - I was moved from my normal dentist as he was running late - I didn’t mind this at all - it meant that I was seen on time. Very pleasant assistant and dentist - see you in six months.

My dentist was very thorough, I couldn't ask for better service.
Everything was explained to me. My dentist was very thorough in telling me everything that he was doing and everything I needed to be doing at home after having some teeth out. Very happy with the work he has done today, and he went out of his way to make sure the medication I had wouldn't interfere with my other medication. I couldn't ask for better service.
