The dentist I see is very friendly and it’s nice having the same one; he and his assistant both talk to you and the atmosphere is very relaxed, so makes me relaxed.

It was my first consultation at Eastwood dental, with me having really bad dental anxiety, I took the leap and changed my dental practice, I had Ricky (dentist) and Jayde (dental nurse) they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Took it step by step so I didn’t get overwhelmed. Explained everything for my understanding. Very friendly, patient and understanding. I have more confidence for when I go back for my treatments. The young lady on the reception was very welcoming and friendly. All around a good experience. Which I haven’t had at my previous dental practice. Also they where very patient with my youngest who is autistic and has high sensory issue which put my mind at ease so much

A little disappointed that the checking in and completion of forms had to be completed on I-pads. I experienced difficulty doing this on the website prior to my appointment and had to do it at the surgery. Not easy for all patients who may not be so technically savvy. (I am as it happens), but not everyone is and I think the reception staff could have offered help or assistance.
