Dentist listened to me, makes me feel relaxed

Went to have a tooth removed and was treated really well, it's a big place but from outside looks like the tardis. Lots of professionals running around catering to clients' needs, was running a bit late that day, but these things happen. Had my tooth removed, couple of days later had some swelling and pain, went back to the dentist (different one) and again treated above my expectations, in fact both dentists I saw were extremely professional and explained everything clearly. It's good to have this level of professionalism and it's appreciated.

Amazing service, calm and thorough

Though an NHS appointment. - I was given a lot of care and attention. Options were discussed with me in full and I did not feel at all rushed or being given a “hard sell” - I was offered NHS cost treatment but also private - as better options could be offered. I was told I could switch between NHS or private depending on my preference. Mr Ziad Elmagdaub and his nurse assistant made me feel very relaxed and gave me time to ask questions. Excellent

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the dentist and his assistant were extremely friendly.

My experience has been positive. I'm conscious of my teeth due to tooth loss and not being supported and educated as a child about the importance of good dental care. However I'm not rich but my experience with the hygienist who your paying for time with was gold standard! She cleans them absolutely fantastic and talks through the clean whilst giving tips... recommend the hygienist to anyone over the NHS clean if you have the finances! My dentist himself showed empathy and listened and was so informative. He was so good and feel blessed. Next stop is the implant part...can't give recommendations yet but will update. Overhaul so far 10 out of 10. Update with the implant.... Absolutely amazing. Rocky is a genius. I was in the chair over 3 hours for 7 Implants. No pain and no pain after. So far I can honestly say please go to Rocky if you need implants.

I've still got follower up appointments but it's all in with the cost. I had to go to chilwell for my CT which Rocky did and was so informative, sharing his amazing knowledge and I was never rushed. Was it worth half an hour's travel to chilwell.... absolutely.

I have never been to this dentist until last year and was worried about spending so much. But it is something I have always wanted for me! They don't charge over the odds and there is interest free plans to support with treatment or I assume you can pay part and top the rest up on a plan. I've noticed they have open days or just ring up...I hope that's helpful. Dream it, believe it and Eastwood dentist and rocky will help you achieve it.

Claire the hygienist is so lovely, she’s friendly and helpful too. She is always very careful as my teeth are really sensitive
