My appointment this morning went really well. I was very nervous beforehand because that's not my usual dentist place.

When I arrived, the reception staff were very smiley, kind and lovely. They made sure I had a warm welcome.

I really liked the fact that before we started, Ricky explained the process of the treatment in very simple terms including its advantages and disadvantages. This made it easier for me to understand because sometimes when I'm nervous, I'm not able to absorb information. Ricky, his assistant and his student all made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed throughout my treatment. They communicated to me from the beginning to the end, checking that I was ok. Ricky told me that if I needed a break in between to let him know and I really appreciated that. At the end of my treatment, Ricky gave me some advice on what to do at home if I experience some discomfort.

Thank you so much Ricky and the team, you are all phenomenal. I look forward to my next appointment. 5 Stars From Me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Caring and understanding people

Have no complaints about any recent visits as have been seeing Jonita, but am sad she is leaving as she has always been patient, friendly and caring when I have seen her. She understands my stresses with visiting the dentist; both she and the practice manager are both caring and understanding people; at the same time both are very professional.

A big thank you to Olivia and Zoie ,on Reception, managing to find me a emergency dental appt after suffering toothache , not a wink of sleep had the night before.
Dental Assistant Mia was very friendly, reassuring and keeping calm as I stepped into the clinic and took a seat.
The clinic room was lovely and clean and finally met the dentist Ziad , who listened carefully to my problem and was very sympathetic and wanted to ease and get to the bottom of my pain, my nerves eased and was very pleased with the Outlook.
