Friendly and efficient

Dentist and dental assistant were both friendly and efficient. My appointment was clearly explained and I felt like I knew what was happening at all times, without slowing the appointment needlessly.

Best experience

I called in the morning and was able to get an appointment for later that day. The dentist was so lovely. He was so kind and understanding. He gave me advice on caring for my teeth and gums. He was really good and so calming. He gave me reassurance on oral hygiene. The dental nurse was also so lovely and supportive. Such a great team. I have never liked dentist visits, but Dr Marius made my visit achievable for ones in the future. Dr Marius, thank you for your support today, you were amazing with me. Today was the best experience I have ever had.

Lovely and polite

Lovely and polite at reception when you enter. Went into my appointment on time. Good service received, referred to hospital, but was given all instructions, phone numbers, and extensions to make it as easy as possible for me

Brilliant service

The dentist was amazing, but getting an appointment is like a hard job. I do appreciate that it's only two days for NHS clients, but waiting 2 weeks for a medical emergency for a teenager is a bit too much. However, once I managed to get the appointment, the service was brilliant

Absolutely fantastic! My dentist is Ziad and he is amazing. I have particular health issues which made a tooth extraction a little more complicated. He addressed it all and I received a call from the practice today to check all is well. Highly recommend this practice ❤️
