Very friendly staff and always leave feeling better about my teeth and gums because the dentist and hygienest always tell me what I should do to keep my teeth and gums in good health, always a friendly atmosphere as well.

Excellent service, I went in for an emergency extraction, my dentist was very thorough and did exam and X-rays prior to attempting the extraction and we agreed that the excess too risky so a referral was made to a specialist practitioner. I was really pleased with the care given, despite not reaching the desired conclusion today!

My experience
30 minute delay to my appointment that was not communicated at any stage that they were delayed until I was in the chair and it was explained. People don't have time to waste when they have a time slot

Eastwood Dental Centre
On arrival I had to wait a while at reception, even though there were 3 receptionists on duty. This made me slightly late for my appointment. However, the dentist’s assistant was aware of the hold up & immediately ushered me into the treatment room which was downstairs, as I had requested, owing to a foot/leg problem which meant I couldn’t use the stairs.

My experience
I've been registered at the practice for years and the wait times recently have been horrendous. Waiting 20+ minutes each time and no apology or explanation. You'd have cancelled our appointment if we were that late. Really poor practice and double standards.
