A few things to offer feedback on with regards to my experience today (27/04/26)

The email I received about my appointment didn't have a link to complete the forms on the portal, nor could I find a link on the website. When trying to complete the forms on the tablet at reception, there was a problem whereby the forms wouldn't allow me to confirm my signature. When I raised this with reception staff, I was told there was a problem with the online system.

My appointment was at 9.50. At 10.15, I went to reception to ask how long until I would be seen by the dentist. The receptionist informed me the previous patient had left and the dentist had suggested I would be called in the next 5 or so minutes.
The previous patient was still with the dentist, he had told me whilst waiting, he had been waiting since 9.30.

When called, I explained to the dentist I was unhappy with the wait. She explained the previous patient required a little more time and I could rearrange my appointment. This information seems to have conflicted with the information from the receptionist. The appointment went ahead.

Whilst waiting for my appointment I received two emails for my next appointment. One in Nov, one in Dec. When I explained this to the receptionist, she told me there was no appointment for me on the system for Nov. I showed her both emails, she reiterated they had only had the Dec appointment on the system.

I would be happy to discuss this further with a practice manager.

Amazing dentist! I had Marius and he made me feel very calm and relaxed and explained everything. It's been a while since I've been to the dentist but the next appointment doesn't seem as scary now

The appointment was very rushed and i was not listened to. Now I still have pain and nothing was done in the appointment. I was already anxious about coming into the dentist and this made my anxiety regarding dentist appointments worse.

Given an emergency appointment the same day, problem sorted in that appointment, excellent care!

The staff went out of their way to be helpful and even though I had mistakenly missed an appointment, they arranged an examination for me and helped me with my problems!
