Had the best experience at Eastwood Dental Centre today, the dentist I saw put me at ease straight away, even though I only went for a check up, I was seriously thinking about changing dentists but such a relief , even had time to chat about my thoughts on my dental care, am old school and had Mr Tagg for years, then he retired and it hasn't been the same since, but my faith has been restored ! Thankyou

Very thorough
The receptionist very kindly asked if she could help and took my details. Unfortunately I was initially unable to pay by card as the machine was having 'a senior moment ' and refused to co-operate. However the receptionist persevered and, after we had a little laugh about it, all was well and in working order. I waited 15 minutes before I was called for my examination. I wasn't perturbed by this as it was evident from the number of people in the waiting room that it was a busy day. The dentist was extremely polite, checked my medical history, and then was very thorough with his examination of my teeth, both verbally and manually. He asked if I had any issues regarding my teeth and then pronounced that all was well and I'd receive a further appointment in 6 months time. Finally, with a smile, he wished me an enjoyable afternoon. He made my appointment a relaxing experience.
