I was very nervous as it was 10 years since I last saw a dentist. Immediately put at ease by the friendliness at reception and the dentist, who explained everything thoroughly and sympathetically. Would highly recommend the practice.

As a lot off pensioners like me who are not to clever with computer technology and who do not have internet,I found that your new system off checking in was very difficult the old system you had with the pen and questionnaire was straight forward ,at your reception desk another old lady was complaining that she had no access to internet or any other means off completing the online questionnaire, the receptionist asked if a family member would fill it in ,she replied no ,no family,the receptionist then told her to come in and they would help fill it in ,the dentist was loverly a good experience I'd recommend the dentist,apart from the on line questionar,
