The dentist was very gentle
I had a gumboil that had burst, the dentist was very gentle and I received antibiotics.
It was a friendly and efficient service, I was very pleased.

My experience
Thorough clean. Did a good job, but was told I had a slot, and if they could not finish the clean, I had to make another appointment. At a £70 charge, I wouldn't have been able to afford it.

My experience
The appointment was on time and the dentist was very efficient and pleasant.
I'd like to see the waiting area upstairs made a bit more welcoming, It's always full of boxes, and looks very uncared for.
A few plants and pictures on the walls (which aren't advertising some dental plan or other), would be good. It just isn't a relaxing area to sit in prior to seeing the dentist. I realise it might not be a priority to the staff, but might help the patients relax a little.

I recently had a tooth extraction done by Ricky. I didn’t react well to the anaesthetic and Ricky and all the staff at the practice couldn’t have been more caring and helpful. Had to have a follow up appointment today as I had got a “dry socket” which was causing me significant pain. Again, the care I received was fantastic. Thank you to all involved for your care throughout.
