All the staff are very friendly and professional. Although appointments had to be cancelled by both parties due to illness, this hasn't affected my overall treatment and I am pleased with the results.

Emergency appointment
I visited the practice for an emergency appointment and was told to ring in first thing the following day. True to their word the receptionist obtained a cancellation appointment for me then the dentist went off sick. She managed to secure me an appointment with another dentist later in the day. Although I never met the dentist I explained my symptoms and she supplied me with her rationale which put my mind at ease. I really appreciate both the receptionists and the dentists attention in this matter. Thank you to both.

Yesterday I had a back tooth out, to say the tooth was a problem was an understatement, it took ages to come out, the poor dentist had a real workout, he was starting to panic and said he was going to have to refer me to hospital....I asked him to continue, I had faith he could do it....eventually it came out in bits.
The dental nurse couldn't believe I sat through that and still had a sense of humour at the end....but today, the dentist said because of what I'd endured there would be swelling and bruising and maybe alot of pain.....well I've got nothing .... no bruising, swelling or pain.... face is absolutely normal.
I have to say, the dentist did a phenomenal job....THANKYOU.
The staff at this dentist are amazing, I've been at this dentist for years and have NEVER had a time to complain about anything.
I want to take this opportunity to thank ALL the staff for amazing attitudes towards people, amazing standard of work and I can say, it's always been a pleasure to get my teeth checked and sorted.
