The only real issue is payments - they are never attributed to your specific treatment- ie if you pay a deposit or more for a Hygienist- when you come to see a Dentist for a check up at 6 months interval … the money already paid for the Hygienist can be used for the Dentist … the reception staff have no way of seeing what the deposit was paid against… surely with technology being king something can be done to support the staff and in turn the paying patients/customers

Usually I am scared stupid of the dentist, but I did feel more at ease at EDC. Possibly not sitting in a waiting room for a long time helps. Nothing is worse than waiting for a dentist to begin. The dentist was also very aware of the fears that I have. Top marks.👍

To be honest, I previously felt a little bit put off as the surgery moved towards a private surgery and less NHS. I have changed my mind and been won over. I attended and was greeted by so many lovely staff. The dentist was calm and patient with me and listened to my thoughts and made excellent suggestions for a follow up procedure. I would really like to do a blend of NHS and private work from here on and feel that this is the place to be confident in
