Efficient and compassionate service
Recently visited with my children and my family have been with practice with the practice for some years. Staff consistently give a very efficient and compassionate service from start to finish: through booking, text reminders and online forms before appointment, to friendly, thorough dentistry/hygienist and aftercare. Cannot fault service and would highly recommend Eastwood Dental Practice.

Excellent service
Excellent service from lady on reception. Apologies for not knowing her name and a description, of blonde haired and East European accent, but she is always excellent. Appointment was then on time and dentist very courteous, efficient and at end of Appointment, asked if I had any questions for her, which was refreshing. Both members of staff therefore excellent.

My experience was excellent from start to finish. A friendly greetting on arrival and quick processing which is always great. My appointment was exactly on-time and carried out in a very professional and friendly manner that offered sound advice, excellent stuff!

Booking process was easy. Contact is good.
Pre-check info made check in quick and easy.
Dentist and assistant were both amiable and efficient. Pleasant conversation which is important. The appoint only lasted around 5 minutes which felt brief, so one has to have trust that examinations are thorough. But generally very good experience.

I am a very nervous patient but Claire is absolutely fantastic and calmed my nerves immediately. She is very kind, caring and professional and explains everything in detail, I know at my next appointment I won’t be as nervous as I know I’m in good hands.
