Unacceptable wait to get an NHS appointment. Had to keep ringing and insisting. They are only interested in private patients. Winnessed the receptionist insisting a 92 year old lady with arthritic hands complete an online pre appointment form !!! Absolutely shocking

I visited the hygienist yesterday, I was a little nervous as it’s the first time since covid…
I am disabled and was given a downstairs treatment room which made my visit so much easier.
I saw Claire, the hygienist and my nervousness melted away instantly. She was so welcoming, understanding, very patient and accommodating, she explained everything to me in detail and did an excellent and professional job on my teeth. What a lovely lady she is, I certainly won’t be nervous on my next visit, knowing I’ll be in good hands. Thank you so much.

Super treatment and care
I could not have been treated better, what a great team. It was even arranged for the dentist and assistant to come downstairs as I have had a teaser knee replacement. Super service.

Numerous fillings
Georgios Rallis completed my numerous fillings (some really deep) and fixed my broken tooth. He was kind, gentle and reassuring. He’s done a brilliant job and I’ve got my confidence back. Thank you to him for being an NHS dentist!
