Dentist was lovely. Only downside was that she was running 15 mins late, was actually 35 mins late. Overall good.

My dentist is lovely, he is polite and talks to me , the new system is strange, you sign in on pad then still que to pay ..to me that doesn't save time and staff on the desk dont smile, But ive had no problems with my lovely dentist is wish I could remember his name ,

The hygienist was very careful and explained everything as she was working, she also kept making sure I was alright

I was pleased with the treatment, but disappointed that I should pay the same price as someone with a mouthful of teeth, as I only have 6. Also I feel the price is far too expensive for a pensioner to pay twice a year.

I arrived early and went straight into my appointment with no waiting.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. I wasn't kept waiting and my Dentist Marius Iliescu and the Dental nurse immediately made me feel at ease whilst being professional.

After a few years away from Eastwood dental practice my recent experience has been nothing but excellent and reassuring my teeth were going to be well looked after .
The receptionist Zoe was very polite, friendly and helpful in reinstating me back into treatment and was extremely helpful in finding me suitable dates and times without hesitation for an appointment.
Zoe carefully listened to my issues and showed high concerns to my tooth ache query's as if they were her own.
To say the least every member of the reception team have been nothing but polite welcoming and friendly.
The dentist which gave me treatment today certainly puts the care in this dental care establishment. He was polite, friendly, and very professional in advise and treatment and went above and beyond, I could of fallen asleep whilst in his care today, I somehow had an injection to my gum without even knowing, the hands of a dental craftsman❤️
and not forgetting the help from his wonderful assistant too🤗, super friendly, kind , polite and helpful during my treatment.
I am now pain free and smiling again with no paracetamol in sight.
I have been a patient of this practice probably since my teeth blossomed as a child and to say the least It will continue for many more years to come.

Excellent service from the reception to receiving final treatment from Haider and his assistant.

Nice polite staff and the dentist do a good job and are very thorough.

My first visit in many years to this practice. I was made welcome and put at ease from the get go. The dentist was very professional while being warm and reassuring, all the time explaining required treatment and reasons for it. Also gave me options for different treatments and told me to go home and think about which would be best before deciding. Overall a very relaxed and positive experience.

Today my son had to have treatment. He gets himself very wound up and anxious. He does have learning disabilities and understands things a little different to other people. Ricky Ruparelia was absolutely amazing with him. He made sure my son remained calm and comfortable. He's an asset to the practice.
