Emergency appointment
I broke a tooth at the weekend and rang the dentist on Monday, the receptionist I spoke to couldn't get me in till the 3rd of May. As I was in a lot of pain and had a sore tongue from the sharp bit of tooth rubbing on it I was unable to eat or drink so I rang again on Tuesday morning and the lovely Julia said she'd see what she could do and call me back. Later that day she called with an appointment for this morning at 11. Which I am so grateful for.
As I am such a nervous patient Naveen was caring and amazing as always sorted my tooth out temporarily till I go back on the 3rd May. I can't thank him enough.

Very positive experience
I needed a dentist examination after not being able to be seen for such a long time, I phoned and was offered a check up the next day, this resulted in my needing another appointment for treatment, unfortunately my teeth have deteriorated throughout my time of not being seen. The dentist was very pleasant, did a thorough examination and explained clearly what treatment is required. My experience today was very positive.

First visit to Dr. Koshal for a much needed dental examination.
Reassuring and professional manner towards the person in the dentist's chair.
No one enjoys visiting a dentist but no qualms about having any future treatment.

Urgent appointment
I visited the dental practice because of a problem with one of my teeth which had broken. It was very easy to get an appointment and Jonida was very good. I need a partial crown which cost me less than I thought, but still quite expensive at £560. Paying the price for convenience and going private I expect.
The rest of the staff were very pleasant.
