The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The dentist and the dental nurse were very professional, understanding and helpful. The dentist explained everything clearly as I needed work to be done on my teeth.

Tooth extraction

Excellent Dentist treated me with respect and a little banter which made me relaxed and the op was carried out, although uncomfortable it was quite painless. Good info to follow for aftercare so it's 10 out of 10 from me and thanks.

Made me feel comfortable

Receptionist was very friendly and polite and apologised for my wait, which wasn’t too long anyway. She was informative and helpful I didn’t catch her name though. Julie Lam and her dental nurse were also really nice and made me feel comfortable as I was very nervous.

Eastwood Dental Centre

I had to wait quite a while before I was seen by the dentist. That is the only complaint I have (not a big one). The dentist was very thorough, he was pleasant and I was pleased with my visit. I’d say 8 out of 10.
