Appointment was late 30min, no explanation or apologies. My hygienist appointment lasted 10min! She was running late and rushed my appointment- didn’t do proper cleaning like normal Usually is 20min. It’s very little time for £79. I am very disappointed. Shame as I have been your patient for over 8 years
