As a pensioner I was treated excellently by the dental technician at Smile Centre in Nottingham. I highly recommend this practice and was treated with kindness and respect throughout my stay by all who worked there. 10/10.

The appointment was rescheduled because the hygienist was unavailable and when my appointment day did arrive they were 10 minutes late (for a 9am appointment)
I was less than 5 minutes late due to traffic last year and was told I had missed my slot and was charged non- attendance. How is this fair or consistent?
