My dentist DARPAN REKHI is lovely, very professional and courteous, great at relaxing people who don't particularly like visits to the dentists.
I can't comment for any other dentists at the surgery (because I've not been treated by them), but the receptionist team and friendly.

The extraction went very smoothly
Lizzie offered me choices, agreed with the one I made and did a smooth job of replacing the filling. She also informed me of her change to going private and gave me lots of options and leaflets. She always looks after me and makes me feel valued.

The dentist did a great job to save my tooth which was at risk. I had to wait 20 minutes. I had to wait over two weeks to get an urgent appointment and rang up twice to get a cancellation appointment.

Recent appointment
Hygienist and reception staff are very good. Hygienist particularly so.
I appreciate how difficult it is to keep appointments on time so don’t mind the 15 minute wait.
Very disappointed that the TePe packs of 8 I bought have a considerable mark up of 50%. And as a result makes me feel the customer is being ripped off.
