My experience

Dentist is fine.
Front desk staff could be friendlier.
It’s quite expensive even for nhs patients and they try and push for private hygiene as opposed to nhs.
I feel that having paid my NI contributions for over 40 years I should be able to claim nhs hygiene and not pushed towards private

Outstandingly professional

Dr Elisabeth Betts is outstandingly professional. Always patient, thorough in her assessments and takes all the time necessary to deal with dental issues. I have a great deal of respect for her.

I’ve been at the Smile Centre for several years now and I am very satisfied with the services they provide. Wait times for appointments can be long (like most NHS dentists) but when I do go, the experience is pleasant and my dentist Elizabeth is friendly and gives advice without being condescending (even when I haven’t flossed enough!). Text reminders for appointments are also very useful and making/changing appointments is easy enough.
