Emergency appointment
This was an emergency appointment. I was offered clear options for further work along with costs. There is quite a wait for the appointment to complete this but I don’t think that is a problem as I have had a temporary repair.

The receptionists need to work on their people skills, they have no patience and they should stop talking negatively about patients and other members of staff. Really not good to hear. ALL the time. Condescending, belittling and undermining colleagues

Everything went smoothly
I had a tooth extraction with specialist dentist Mr Jack Stanley and as a very nervous patient, he put me at my ease and was so kind and understanding. Everything went smoothly and so quickly! I can’t speak highly enough of him.
