Another wonderful experience with Andrew Sidebottom today, for botox injections to treat my TMD mainly muscular difficulties.
He really listens to what you have to say, (which speaks volumes about who he is as a professional and how much he cares about his patients) communicates with care and empathy and has never failed yet in creating a warm, reassuring and comfortable environment, which is calming when you're dealing with chronic pain.
I'd highly recommend to anyone who needs help with their TMJ or TMD disorders.

Wisdom Tooth Removal
I was referred here for a wisdom tooth removal. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted well, I waited for 5 mins if that and a nurse came to take me into the treatment room. The lady dentist, I didn't catch her name and the nurse were very friendly and I felt at ease immediately. The dentist discussed the procedure with me and explained every stage. The first injection was as normal slight pain but nothing to complain about, second lot of injections, I never felt a thing. While I sat waiting for the injections to kick in, the nurse was chatting to me about good TV series. When I was feeling numb she began the tooth extraction, the roots were slightly vertical, so not a straight lift out. It came out in 3 parts, and I didn't feel anything except pressure but no pain at all. It took 5 minutes to take it out and all was well. I can't recommend my dentist and the lovely nurse high enough. Very friendly and very professional. What else is there to ask for? 5-star service. Thank you.
