My experience
1. The bike stand doesn’t work as the bike would have to rest on the spokes. Bike users are in the minority so one hooped stand would be much better.
2. The cleaning was most uncomfortable

I hate going to the dentist and hadn’t been for 13 years but was very happy with the service. Very friendly staff. Kept stopping to check I was okay. I was also super lucky that they’d had a cancellation as I’d turned up two weeks too early. Thanks for fitting me in.

Appointment with hygienist: excellent experience. Seen on time, professional and empathetic bedside manner.
Reception Staff by comparison could do with more training (talking to each other instead of engaging with patients. Offhand manner)
