Went to smile centre today after a few years wait for a dentist ( when covid came out ) made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in . Seen a dentist wow my nerves was going into over drive she put me right at ease so professional so polite would recommend this dentist 100%

My experience

Whilst the dentist was very nice & professional I found the receptionist rather sharp. I tried to make a check up appointment for my son who is 25, she questioned why I was making an appointment for an adult who was 25? I don’t see the issue, there was no GDPR concern. How did she know that my son doesn’t have special needs and isn’t able to make his own appointment? I found her whole demeanour to be very negative and unfriendly
