My experience
Why are we not told the cost of our Private hygienist session until we're ready to have the treatment? To discover it us gone up to £77 for preventive treatment as we sign the paperwork is both disrespectful and obscene. I am able to pay for it this time, but I won't be so generous next time. A hygienist session should not be level 2 for preventative treatment. £77 for 10 minutes work!!

My experience
Always appreciate Beth’s professionalism. A bit taken aback to find out the hygienists are now doing some fillings. I think it would be helpful to inform all patients on your list about this new occurrence with an explanation that perhaps might offer reassurance. Unfortunately as someone who dislikes hygienist treatment more than dentist treatment I couldn’t entertain this option!
