I was seen promptly by my dentist, who was smiling and friendly. He ran through my treatment and I felt relaxed throughout the time I was being treated. He’s a very good dentist and I have full confidence in my visits.

Appointment was on time, professional service, £80 for 20minutes start to finish??? Not a bad hourly rate!
If I have one piece of constructive criticism it would be having to fill in the medical forms start to finish every time I attend the clinic.
Would it not be possible to attach the previous medical forms and ask if anything has changed? You would only need to alter minimum sections of the form rather than filling the entire form saving time and frustration.
