When I arrived I was greeted by Vanessa with a warm smile! I was checked in and advised to take a seat, however
I had only literally just sat down and was then called into the hygienist, running to schedule. I was immediately put at ease by Genevieve and she went about making my teeth all sparkly and clean. It was also great news that my gums had repaired as I had, for once, done as I was told, and been regularly flossing and using the little, interdental tee pee brushes and the results were astounding!
Thank you all at the Smile Centre, you are all formidable and I am so chuffed I joined your practice 20 years ago!

My experience
Called for appointment late, treatment was thorough but cut short to the original appointment end time, so paid for a 20 minute hygienist appointment but got just less than 10 minutes.

My appointment was arranged at very short notice after I woke up with severe pain in a tooth. I was given a friendly welcome by the receptionist and didn't have to wait long to see the dentist. She took the time to ask about my problem and put me at ease. Although the pain had subsided by that time I expected that if I did nothing it would return and she agreed, it was reassuring to see she took it seriously.

My tooth was repaired promptly
I had a minor emergency, and The Smile Centre were able to book me in within a couple of hours, my tooth was repaired promptly and I booked in for a full repair next week. Could not be more happy with the service, all staff were extremely helpful and efficient.
