Dentist advised that there is decay in one crown which did not require immediate treatment. Advised about procedure if future difficulties arise.

The staff are lovely
The dentist is nice. I have been going there for a very long time. The staff are lovely and welcoming. It's a very clean environment and has nice decor. I am always welcomed when I go there

My experience
Mr Sidebottom removed my wisdom tooth and was excellent. Making the appointment was hardwork and the aftercare was non existent- the promised follow up call never happened. I then rang twice and the promised calls never materialised either.

My experience
The receptionist staff could be more polite with their manners towards patients, would be mostly appreciated, & also more knowledge regarding follow up appointments made by the dental practice. But on a whole the dental practice is satisfactory in some ways however needs improvements for the patients. Thank you.!
