My experience
I feel the dentist didn’t have time to spend looking over my son’s teeth. It was over in less than 2 minutes, his mouth was open for less than one. The previous dentist gave great advice, referred to hygienist and took care of her patients. The new one is awful she looks like she can not be bothered and when it’s children that’s not good.

I’ve been visiting the smile centre for many years, all the staff have always been kind and caring and I’ve never felt the need to complain about anything, however today one of the reception staff was very rude to me and made me feel embarrassed and I Felt the need to defend myself, which you do not expect to do when visiting the dentist.
