I’ve been coming to this Practice for some time - It’s always been a positive experience, everything is explained fully in advance & my teeth have never looked better. I get constructive, practical advice for free and the treatment is hugely cost-effective. Very pleased!

Great Dentist
Elizabeth is a great dentist. I am a nervous patient and she has a great calm manner. She explains everything that is happening, discusses options and is very delicate with her work. I don't think I will ever like going to the dentist but she is alright!

The Smile Centre
I arrived for my hygienist appointment today to be told I couldn’t be treated as less than 6 months had elapsed since I had hip replacement surgery in April. I can accept this is good practice but I told my dentist at my last check-up that the surgery was imminent and would have expected any issues to be flagged to me at that time. I certainly don’t think an appointment should have been booked for me within that 6 month period if I was never going to be seen.

Routine hygienist appointment. The hygienist was polite, friendly, knowledgable, and efficient.
Reception were helpful and quick to sort me out.

I've been going too the Smile centre for a number of year's and I've always had a good service. I don't particularly like going for treatment but I must say that my latest dentist and hygienist are absolutely brilliant so lovely and caring. I would highly recommend this practice.

My experience
The hygienist is very good at what she does. However, I feel the practice should be more transparent from the start about the policies and options around hygienist appts eg customers should be made aware as soon as they are recommended to visit the hygienist that you can only access this on the nhs after a dentist appt and that a deposit will need to be paid. Also, after I left I realised that I didn’t know the terms around the deposit (is it non refundable? Or refundable by a certain date?) This may sound picky to you but it would nurture trust and good customer relations.
