Got seen on time for my 2pm appointment. My dentist (Elizabeth Betts) is always very nice, efficient and puts me at ease, she also answers any questions and explains things well.
I'm very happy with the service received there.

Dr. Elizabeth Betts is excellent. She is caring, informative and approachable to ask any questions.
Sadly the surgery is suffering from a lack of tlc and is looking quite sad, appointments a hard to come by and hygienist charges are simply too expensive to allow us to attend as regularly as we would like.

Lizzy was fabulous, thorough and very encouraging with my gum hygiene.
Receptionists were very friendly and nice to see them supporting an elderly lady who needed the toilet.
Shame about the rats running around the garden/entrance. Hopefully you will address this asap

My experience
I had an appointment with the hygienist at the centre which only lasted for not more than 6 mins. I am disappointed because she was not gentle with my gums and this made me feel uneased and painful throughout the process. I did not feel my teeth was clean afterwards either.

My experience
I went into the hygienist room at 9.42 I was paying my bill downstairs in reception at 9.52!!! I have never ever in my whole life had such a quick appointment. Looking at my teeth when I got home there was no difference in appearance or feeling. £48 for a 9 minute appointment!!! I paid £24 for a deposit on next appointment apparently so total bill £72, total rip off. Going to complain tomorrow!

Excellent service from reception to dentist back to reception. I used to have a phobia about going to the dentist, not anymore! I would recommend the Smile Centre to all my friends - top service.
