Extraction
Elizabeth was extremely kind and understanding as I was very nervous about having an extraction. Although I decided to make a further appointment to have this done, she explained my options and put me at my ease so that I will be much more relaxed next time. I can’t recommend her highly enough. My experience
Dentist was lovely and made me feel at ease which is a big plus for me. However, she didn’t explain to me why I needed a certain treatment, just that I needed to get booked in at reception. She said I need a filling, but didn’t tell me which tooth, how bad etc. I’ve never had a filling before, and so I don’t really know the process. I would have liked to have been properly told in clinic, rather than on the corridor. I know sometimes clinicians are rushing to see other patients, but I feel my care isn’t properly explained and I’m sometimes put off asking questions.
