Waiting time

The hygienist appointment was great but time keeping lousy. My appointment was 10 minutes late starting and no apology was given.
I was less than 5 minutes late for a dentist’s appointment due to traffic (and had tried loads of times on the way to call ahead and let you know) and was told I was not able to take up the appointment

Considerate and understanding.

Elizabeth is aware of my health status and treats me with care and respect, being careful not to cause me any extra complications, by making sure my dental health is not about to give me any nasty surprises. She is easy to communicate with and has the well-being of the patient as a priority. Very pleased with the service she provides.

Front teeth filling

Popped in to have my two upper front teeth repaired as the previous filling had lasted 25 years, but needed redoing.
Dr Betts is always welcoming, along with the support staff, and has a personable and caring approach. She did a very good job of colour and form matching of the teeth, especially where I have a chip in one of them. A nice bit of artistry with a very pleasing result!
