Hygienist appointment, Vishwa and her assistant were so kind and supportive
I have a phobia about dental procedures and really dread each visit. I’m having issues with my gums and so there’s also a lot of sensitivity at the moment and my phobia is heightened
The receptionists are lovely and welcoming

Wonderful Experience
I cannot praise my dentist enough. It has been a pleasure (I’m sure not many people can say that) in my 78 years I can honestly say that this is the first time I haven’t felt any pain. Elizabeth is a very caring and professional lady, who puts you at ease from the moment you walk in. I wish her well.

Lizzy was great, as usual. Her nurse was smiley.
There was a small hiccup when the computer did not show my appt, but this was rectified by the receptionist. Both receptionists were friendly.

A brilliant team
From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. Both of the front desk team were professional yet friendly and knew their roles well. I only had a short wait, which was fantastic, while I completed the paperwork. Beth was welcoming (I assume a smile under the mask) and informative. A very good chair-side manner. Explained what she was going to do, gave advice and even lugged at my humour. Beth clearly explained what I needed to do after the examination. I felt it was one of my best dental experiences. A great team and great service. Also the text reminders are incredibly useful as in the past I have often forgotten appointments. Thank you to a brilliant team.

The Smile Centre
Told Elizabeth that my tooth on the upper left l may have a cracked tooth. She investigated thoroughly and she came to a conclusion: no crack. I somehow pushed the whole filling inside forward. I could not be left as food was getting in and she said l would be back in a week with an abscess. She did it there and then.

Beth spent time talking to the children about using floss between teeth to support hygiene and offered to show Archie how to do this once braces are fitted if required. Beth listened and checked all children for potential referral to orthodontist after concerns that Archie’s wait was so long and he had significant overbite that had never previously been mentioned.

A good and fair review
I find the staff and dentist very friendly and welcoming! So doesn't phase me at all to go there. Pleasant surroundings too, which makes it all so easy and even the treatment I have received in the past, hasn't been that invasive! So wouldn't want to go anywhere else now that I've found this practice!

Elizabeth is the first dentist I’ve had that I trust completely, she puts me at ease each time I go & as I’m having to get work done she explains in great detail what’s happening and is going to happen & never pushes me to go for the big money treatment, instead she actually cares about what’s best for my teeth!
